Yes, on the original 'working' screen though that option is greyed out and works much better for it.
Thankfully it's not happened since so perhaps your second point is correct :)

Community ChampionIt appears that under the view button you have "Fit to Width" selected instead of "Fit to Page" or "Dynamic". At least that is the only way I can replicate the look on my screen.
I do know that my own resolution went wonky for a few days but is back to normal now so this may have been a slight glitch that was fixed with no fanfare.
