Report View Display attributes

Need to know how can I display a measure(calculated field) and a target together.

Expected Output :

Calculated Measure       Target(manual data)

15                                           100 %

75                                           100 %

MS Excel works on cell level but how can the I display them in power bi desktop ?

Sorry I didn't quite understand your requirement, what's the original data? what's the logic involved in the measure? 

It's able to display measure with the manual data together, you can just drag the measure into the table visual as well as columns.
