After installing the Version of the October 2020 Report Server (15.0.1104.300) the page backgrounds of the .pbix reports load very slowly. When you move from one report page to another page of the report, the background of the previous page is still displayed for a few seconds. Once all the pages are displayed it seems to load everything in cache and already works correctly without delays in loading the page background.
The error occurs in both reports from previous versions that were already uploaded to the portal, as well as reports created with the new October 2020 desktop and uploaded to the portal for the first time.
Do you need to modify any Report Server settings for .pbix reports to load complete before displaying and avoiding this issue?
You can help me with this problem, Thank you very much
Hi @Anonymous ,
It seems that it is not a report server error, but a result caused by the slow loading of your report itself, you can try to use different browsers to check.

I checked it in Edge (latest version), chrome, IE 11, and I have the same problem at all.
We've been using the Power BI report sedrver since its first release and we're updating it with each new version that appears. we have many .pbix published in the report Server reporting portal, and this issue has appeared after the installation of PBIRS Oct 2020 (already in .300 version and all the same).
The inform shows very quickly the components of the pages that display data such as filters, grids, graphics, labels, etc., but the image configured as a page phonus takes several seconds to display the first time a report tab is opened, so that when you move from pages you still see the background of the previous page for a moment.
I repeat this had never happened in any other version, and it happens in reports that have been hanging on the portal for years and that before this version did not present this problem.
Has anyone found any solution? Thanks a lot
