Replicating Tableau dashboard features

Hello

I have a table with columns containing qualitative data.
I would like to know if there is a way to not get the complete content of the columns, but with ellipses. Also, one of my columns is a link. I would like to know if there is a way to put an icon inside the table that is a "more information" sign and every time the mouse is passed a popup box appears with content such as: title, summary, author, etc.

My idea is to replicate these dashboards, their functionality.

My idea is to replicate these dashboards, their functionality.

Drop that idea, and start developing your report in Power BI.  You will find natural ways to accommodate your requirements even if they are not exactly the same.  For example you get the ellipsis for free when you disable word wrap on a column.
