Replicating Excel Chart with Data below Visual

I'm trying to replicate a chart in Excel (see pictured) where the data is below the graph, which I do not believe is available in Power BI.  Is there a why to increasae the distance between columns?   I'm ttying to match the distance in the visual between months to that in the data chart.   Thank you for any assistance.

Thank you.   I ended up adjusting the vertical grid thickness.   Not perfect but butter.   Thanks!

Have you adjusted the Inner Padding setting on the clustered column chart?
