You should be able to get something similar using the 'Line and stacked (or clustered) column chart'.

I got this by using multiple axes chart but it is not the same

Well, the data charted is not the same and the formatting is slightly different. It's not clear to me which of these is unsatisfactory to you.

If you're having trouble getting the numbers right, then you'll need to share what your data looks like so we can see what's going wrong.

The main goal is reach the image in the post. The image in the comment is my trail to reach the one in post. Neglect numbers I am focusing now on the formatting to be exact same

You should be able to get a bit closer by further refining colors and markers but you won't be able to get an exact match since they just aren't the same graphics engine with all the same options/features.
