Replacing Values Automatically

Hello,

I am currently using a Microsoft Forms Solution to capture how many times a task is completed each day. Each day, numbers are entered into the form. Then data captured in PowerBI. Without Transformation, the Columns look like this (both numeric and non numeric data).

With Transformations:

I first replace all "No" values with 0 then chang the data type to numeric.

My question is: When new responses are submitted will the value "No" automatically be replaced with the value "0", or will adding any new, no responses to the column break the data column? If there will be errors with this, can anyone suggest a workaround?

Thank you for all your help, PowerBI Community.

It probably won't break, but new different values would result in errors at the step changing the type to number.  A different approach would be to skip the Replace Values step (delete it), change it to number, right click on that column and choose Replace Errors (and enter 0).
