Hello,
My chart looks as follows. I would like to replace the (blank) field in the legend with custom text.
Source data where Table One is in the legend field and table two is in the Axis field of the chart.

Hi @Anonymous ,
You can create a Calculated Column
Column = If('Table'[Date] = BLANK(), "Custom Text",FORMAT('Table'[Date],"DD-MM-YYYY"))

I assume that you have a relationship between the tables on the date column and the blank is coming due to the "blank row" auto created since you have rows in Table Two not in Table One. The easiest fix is to make a new DAX table for your legend that is the distinct combination of both tables, like this
NewDatesTable = DISTINCT(UNION(DISTINCT(Table One[Dates]), DISTINCT(Table Two[Dates])))
You can connect this new table to both tables and use it in your legend, axis, or where needed.
If this works for you, please mark it as the solution. Kudos are appreciated too. Please let me know if not.

Pat

I didn't manually create any relationships.
Actual data looks as follows:
Delete both of the ", [Dates]". You already have your Table[Column] s listed.
