Based on below sample data

if we create Matrix visual
But my requiremnt is

Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve the exact layout as shown in the image you attached using a matrix visual in Power BI.
However, it is possible to modify the position of intermediate summaries and display them at the bottom.
