Instead of the built-in "Show value as percentage of grant total", you can create a measure and format it as Percentage. See more in the attached pbix file.
whateverName you like = SUM(youTable[Value])/CALCULATE(SUM(youTable[Value]),ALLSELECTED(youTable))
