Removing duplicate values on chart

Hi,

I have the following table:

I'm creating a simple column chart with seminar name and phase.

For SeminarTest3 I get the phase value of 4(I guess it sums it up) but the value should be 2. Is there a simple way to get around this?

change the value in your chart from a sum to a max
