Removing blank cells from matrix

Hi,

So I have the following table set up which is just 2 fact tables and 2 dimensional table

I need a matrix view to show list of clients, and for each one show the total SUM of Talk times, Ring times, and Hold times (Hold split into attempt, cold, warm), a bit like this;

Iv tried to build this in power bi but running into some problems. For example my matrix is appearing like this:

As you can see there are blank cells where there are no values (eg there should be no ringtime for Outbound-->Hold). So, although its showing a blank cell, I need this entire column (Outbound->Hold->Ring) to not appear in the matrix as Ring does not belong to Hold. And AttemptHold, WarmHold does not belong in Ring.

How can this be acheived?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove columns in a matrix as you expected.

To get your desired output, we may work with some workarounds.

I will give my solution as soon as i figure out.
