We wanted to remove a user from all the Report Builder's scheduled reports. We did remove his email address from the Scheduler and his email address isn't listed there anymore, but he is still receiving scheduled reports emails. Please help us look into this issue. Thanks.
We tried going into the email and click the unsubscribe button, but it doesn't seem to work. Any other solutions?
