Removefilter 2 columns

Hello,

How do I use RemoveFilter to work with 2 columns.

Here it works fine in below table. 

Filter pan:  When I only filtered on FCB.

But when I bring "Group" in the table. I see different values for some of the ethnic group. In this case, all should be 3,690.

Headcount All =

CALCULATE (

DISTINCTCOUNT( HC[_BIC_HEMPID] ),

REMOVEFILTERS ( HC[ETHNIC_GRP_TEXT])

)

I am using "Headcount All" value as a tooltip so Group comes into play.

CALCULATE (
DISTINCTCOUNT( HC[_BIC_HEMPID] ),
allselected( HC[ETHNIC_GRP_TEXT])

)

or

Headcount All =
CALCULATE (
DISTINCTCOUNT( HC[_BIC_HEMPID] ),
allselected( HC)
