Remove time from date filter in filter pane

Is it possible to remove the time option within the date filter in the filter pane?

@Ossy81 , Is the Data type is Date or datetime. try with Datatype date.

That;s already something i checked. It's unlikely a miss in PBI

@Ossy81 No, you can't if you are using Filter Pane and Advanced Filtering option for Date or DateTime fields. 

To achieve your requirement, I suggest to use the slicer and select Between option

That's a pitty.. I want to have less filters on the dashboard itself.

And indeed another suggestion/question i had was to have a BETWEEN operator in the filter 😄

Did you @Ossy81  get anywhere with this? 🙂 I've got exactly the same issue and my users are confused with unnecessary time filters as my field in question is type date.
