Just add List. Distinct before Text.Combine
= Table.Group(#"Changed Type", {"Invoice"}, {{"Department", each Text.Combine( List.Distinct([Department]), ", " ), type text}, {"Client", each Text.Combine( List.Distinct([Client]), ", "), type text}})Best Regards,
