Use this logic for your sum of Actuals
FilteredValue = IF ( SUM('YourTable'[Value]) = 0, BLANK(), SUM('YourTable'[Value]) ) - 2 years ago
Hi LukeDurrant - you can try Alex87 suggested, alternative without creating another measure there is a way by exclude data points with a value of 0 in visual-level filters
For Sum of Actual, set it to "is not 0".
