I just created a measure for the difference between Q12020 an Q12021 in my matrix, but I don't want the calculation in all the columns, I just want it at the end

I have no way to completely restore the data in your visual, but I know a way to hide the measure you do not need .
(1)Choose the visual ,and turn off “Word wrap” in Visualizations if the measure in Values.
(2)Choose the measure column you do not want to hide it .
The effect is as shown:

when you put it in the values and you put the years in the columns it will always calculate for all the years.
You could only give blank back if it's not the last year, but the column header will still appear.
