Unfortunately, we don't have an option to "merge cells" vertically as with Excel in tables.
So the scenario of hierarchial data should be presented with matrixes.

Hi JofrainVisda unfortunately as you mentioned you can only format the values.

Hi Rita,
I would like to use the Conditional Background and font color. So I want the whole rows and columns of Business service excellence should have background color green, the whole rows and columns of One Manila Projects should be yellow.
