Remove Column headers

Is it possible to remove all of the left side of this Table Matrix. I only want to show the numbers for QTR 4

You may change the column and row header colors in the format tab to make it looks like blank. However, you are willing to remove the left side list that is actually the value in a column, which is not possible.
