    Hi, Anonymous 

    According to your description and sample picture, if you want to make the Matrix display the correct value, you can try to build a relationship on these tables directly and give them a “Both” filter relationship, like this:

     

    If it’s not enabled, you can try to disable relationships to other tables if it’s possible.

     

    If you still have a problem, you can post the sample pbix file(without sensitive data) and your expected result.

Hi Paul, what you mention does not have the same type of data. Although the names are similar there is no relationship.

    The customer fields are different?

    If the customer sets from both tables are different, what's the point of having having a customer set which isn't related to the other field in the same matrix? What is your objective?

    can you share a sample PBIX file hiding confidential data?
