Relationship issue

Here in my case, I have two tables of Total employee and left employee. I have to filter by month for both table, I am using relationships. All visuals in report are prepared using Total Employee table, except two visual is red box. That is filtered by month in slicer working fine, but I want also when we would click on left employee then should be reflected all visual in report as per selected employee.

@Anonymous , Create common name or any other required common tables like date. Do not join those two
