Relationship building with multiple fact tables

I have a model like this, 

need to develop a new measure to get total sales by taking the 'quantity' from the YTD SO table and 'average price per month' from the Prices table. Both these tables  have 'item' columns, but is a many to many

I have an item table, which has one to many relationship with each of these tables
