Hi,
I have a set of tables which has different information regarding the same 3 projects.
Tables are: Budget, Milestones, Bugs.
I also have a main table with only the names of the projects. I have a relationshio between the Projects table and all other table (Many to one, filters both direction).
I made a page that include one visuals for each table (milestones list, gauge for budgey etc). I want to add a filter based onthe projects list and filter by other project each time. For now, the slicer only filters the bug table and shows no data for all other visuals when I click on specific project on my slicer.
All relationship are configured the same (active, many to one, filtered both)
What can be the problem? It seems very simple
Hi @NofarBK ,
More details will be much helpful.
If it is convenient, could you share the sample data which could reproduce your scenario and your desired output so that we could copy and test on it? Or, ideally, share the pbix (beware of confidential data).
Best Regards,
Cherry
Hi @v-piga-msft ,
Thanks for the response. I can't share the file itself but please see some screenshots attached.
1. The page withw the visuals. Each visual (Bugs, Milestones, Budget) is based on different table wit a Project column (all text type). From the left, you can see the Project slicer which is based on Projects tables. There I have 3 columns - Projects and URL and project manager for each project.
2. Clicking on the slicer only filters the bug visuals and shows no data for everything else.
3. The relationship configured between Projects table to all other table (configured the same):
Hope it will be more clear now.
Thanks,
Nofar
Hi @NofarBK ,
By my test with your data sample, the slicer works as expected.
Do you create the measure and show it with chart?
If you have , I'm afraid that your issue may be caused by the measure you created.
If you create the table with the column in the original table, I don't think that will have the filter issue.
Best Regards,
Cherry
