Relational Model

Hello Community, 

 

I have  3 sales table with only month and year,  and 3 budgeted  sales tables with only month and year.  how do I create relationship with the date table. I want to calculate the quarterly sales for each year and compare to the each quarterly sales  

 

Each  Sales table consists of 

Customer

Item

Month

Year

 

Budget tables also consists of 

Customer

Item

month

Year

Hi

The first thing I would do would be combine the three sales tables into 1 sales table and do the same for budgets.

 

It should fall into place quite easily after that.  Let us know how you go
