Conditional formatting without summarization (by category)?
Hi everyone,
I have a calculated column which is being used to categorize why a shipment is late (just a list of numbers from 1-9). I want to use this categorized list to conditionally format a list of dates (Ship dates, ETD dates). When i conditionally format the ship dates - I'm using all of the numbers 1-9 and it seems to be working fine. When i conditionally format the ETD dates - I'm only using 2 of the categories and they aren't being highlighted correctly. My suspcision is that the summarization is causing the error. Any idea how to conditionally format without summariziation in this case?

Hello idkwhatimdoing2 ,
it would help if you show the table or matrix that you are using.
But I think your guess is right. Try to not summarize the Measure you want to show:
Otherwise in the conditional format you could say the summarization should not be "Sum" but "Max". Then it would always get the color of the highest category. Maybe that would help you.
If you need any help please let me know.
If I answered your question I would be happy if you could mark my post as a solution โ๏ธ and give it a thumbs up ๐
