Hello, I am having some trouble with the related function. I have two tables, company and original effective date joined by unique ids. I had to create a calculated colum in the company table which basically says "if company A has a recent deal, give me "yes", if not say prior to 2013. when i try to use this calculate column to create a new calcuated column in the original effective date table, any company that says "prior to 2013" returns a blank except for the one row that says "yes".
Any idea why it would only return the 1 row and not the others?
Here's a picture, hopefully it makes sense. thank you for your help!
Company CompID EffDate Test column
| Company ABC | ABC | Prior to 2013 | |
| Company 123 | 123 | Prior to 2013 | |
| Company Green | Green | Yes | Yes |
