Refreshment Error with SQL database

Hello im getting this error every time i try to refresh from a SQL database. can you help me?

This is a problem occuring on SQL Server end, this problem can be caused by many facts. We will need to analysis the detailed SQL Server error message to get more information, you can locate the error message in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL**.****\MSSQL\Log.

Generally, this problem can be caused by a network problem or TLS problem.
