Refreshing published report

Can i refresh the published powerbi ? It is linked to excel data source which is saved in my local desktop . So next time when the data gets refreshed , the published powerbi should get automatically refreshed. Is there a efficient way to do with just few clicks or scheduling ?

@deepaAmarnani yes you can set schedule refresh, if your files are on the local network, you need to install a gateway to refresh but if you use SharePoint or one drive for business, you can avoid gateway. check this link for more info

Hi @deepaAmarnani ,

If you are connecting to an excel file and choose "import" as the connection mode, you can only set a scheduled refresh,as for schedule refresh ,you can choose "daily" or "weekly" as the refresh frequency,if you want to increase the refresh frequency, you can upload your file to onedrive or sharepoint, then connect the data via onedrive or sharepoint connector, then the refresh frequency can be set as "hourly".

Here  is the reference.

Best Regards,
