Refreshing Semantic model failure

Hello I have been trying to refresh the PowerBI in workspace, but it doesnt allow me to do so and here is the failure.

Would you be able to help please? Do I really need to change something at Azure VM or there are something else missing in PBi workspace I have to do.

Many thanks

Yes, your azure admin has to set it. But there's another option, something like "allow azure/powerbi resources to access this server".

It works on your local machine because - just guessing - your IP/network range is allowed in azure (same setting).

it literally tells you the option you have to set in azure

"Deny public network"

Thank you,

I just do not have access to the azure network setting, so I guess I need to speak to the infrastructure engineer to open this up then. But  other question is that how come I could download the data from workspace into the local application and it could be refreshed straight awayin the local Pbi application  but not in the workspace?
