Hi,
I was wondering is it possible to pre-set the applied steps in the advanced editior?
So that with a template like the image below:
I can just append the new data in and the created query which I did will create the applied steps once the new data appeneded.
As I know currently the data must exist in the table to be able to input these query , otherwise there will be an error.
@darrylwjk powerquery works on the sample data and accordinlgy steps are created. if you already have a sample data, then you can run your code on that to check if there are no errors in the code. if your powerquery code is not able to find some data or column which is expected in the code then it will throw the error. it is advisble to run the code on the sample data.
