Refresh through Gateway Connection

I've got a dashboard with Budget vs Actual.   Actual figures are from Dynamci CRM dataset which "connected directly".  Budget figures are from "budget excel" which connected from "Data Gateway" which will only refresh when my PC is on.  Becasue this "budget excel" is static won't change, can I import into Power BI "peminantly" which stop it refresh from my PC through data gateway?  Which means my "Budget vs Actual" dashboard can auto refreshed without my PC power on?

No, Power BI can't host your excel file. For your requirement, I suggest you upload your excel file onto Onedrive so that you can directly get data from Onedrive without have your PC power on.
