Refresh from Cloud SQL

I have some reports setup using Power Bi Desktop and published them to online. The data sources are a Rackspace cloud server SQL. What do I need to do to get auto refresh setup? I currently just refresh the report in desktop and then republish but I'm sure there is an easier way?

do you see schedule refresh option in app.powerbi.com for your dataset?

 I do see it but its grayed out. The first option is telling me that my gateway is off-line and I need to setup a gateway of some sort.  Below that is the Scheduled Refresh which is grayed out for all my datasets.

That is what I expected. So pretty much if you are not using Azure SQL Server, you need to have personal/enterprise gateway installed to schedule the refresh.
