Refresh failed due to gateway configuration issues

Hello,

i tried for the connecting oracle database ,SAP bw with power bi and when i publish in cloud and try to do a scheduled refresh/refresh i face an error "Refresh failed due to gateway configuration issues"-- do i need to install personal gateway or there is some workaround for this ?

Hi, @RUPSY777 

I'd like to suggest you install an on-premise data gateway. You need to click 'Manage gateway' to set data source definition and then go to dataset settings to map the dataset to the corresponding data source. For further information, please refer Configure scheduled refresh . Do pay attention to the supported data sources and limitations.

As i am doing it for official purpuse should i go for personal gateway or enterprise one.

I'd like to suggest you use the enterprise gateway. Here are differences between two gateways.
