Refresh error

i am getting this error in power bi service.

 

Expression.Error: The key didn't match any rows in the table.. Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ErrorCode = 10061. Key = [Name = "TableName"]. Table = #table({"Name", "Display_Name", "Data", "ItemKind", "ItemName", "IsLeaf"}, {}). ;The key didn't match any rows in the table.. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface.

 

what can be the cause? the report works perfectly fine in desktop, i even have it published on a different workspace, but when i published it on a different workspace, i keep getting this error

Hi @Hussein_charif  , I think the error might be becuase of mismatched credentials, missing tables, or gateway issues in the new workspace.Could you please try these

  • Check Settings > Datasets > Data Source Credentials and update them.
  • Verify the table TableName exists in the data source.
  • Ensure the on-premises gateway is correctly configured.
  • Confirm parameters in Settings > Datasets > Parameters match the new workspace setup.
