Refresh error PBI service - while reading data from the provider

0x80004005 is one of the most "unspecified" errors you can get.  Potentially your database server ran out of disk space?

    I will check server disk space but, I know enough.

    And now i get this error..

     

    If I get data table 3 , then refresh is completed
    if more 10 table, refresh is failed.

     

    I don't know if there is a problem with the server or if it is a problem with the pbix file.
