Refresh data problem

Hi Everyone,

I want to use power bı cloud. I can upload the data. After uploading the dataset, I can not refresh the dataset with any changes where am I making the mistake? Please help me 🙂

Hi @ozlemarik,

Have you configured the Gateway and add the data source? If you haven't configure the Gateway, you should configure it now. You could refer to this article to learn how to configure a Gateway.

How do you refresh the dataset, by using Refresh Now or setup a refresh schedule by using Schedule Refresh in a dataset’s settings?

If you configure a time for scheduled refresh, you should note that there can be a delay of up to one hour before it begins.

Do you have any errors when you refresh the dataset? If you have, please post it so that we can help further investigate on it?
