Refresh Time issue

Hi all,

I have scheduled refresh of my power bi report at 1:30 Pm daily.I have added one refresh time table inside report to show the refresh time whenevr it gets refresh
The formula I have used in my power query is Refresh Time= = DateTime.LocalNow()

In desktop whenever I refersh It's showing same time but in Service it's not reflecting correctly
In service I selected 'below time zone

If it refreshes at 1:30 PM , inside PBI Service report it's showing time as 8:05 AM , I want to see it as 1:30 PM itself

How to get it?

Please help me out
