Refresh Issue using REST API

I am trying to refresh powerbi dataset using postman: POST: https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/groups/******************************/datasets/******************...

In the PowerBI app, it is showing that the refresh was complted, but I am not able to see the newly refreshed data inside the dataset.

I was missing applyRefreshPolicy: true in the API. After adding it, it is refreshing.

Where do we need to apply the "applyRefreshPolicy: true" in the API. Can you please provide details
