Offset Calculation not working as expected

Hi
Please see screenshot below.
The 1st column (Offset Ultimate Percent) is the result am trying to achieve, which essentially offsets the middle column by the (order of) the 3rd.
Not sure why i am getting these results.
Can anyone help?

    Hi selwynvr ,

For your screenshot, I am trying to get the result you want. But I am not able to understand the exact logic of your DAX code or what relationship exists between these three columns in order to get the final result you want.

Can you please give me specifics on the connection and logic between them?

    Best Regards

Thank you Anonymous for your response. I am basically trying to move to the next level away from the underlying table relationships if thats possible, and just use this Summarized query where i can offset the values. Hope im making sense?
