Refresh Gives Error Message, Refreshing Tables One by One Works

Hello! I am working on a PowerBI Desktop file that uses several tables (sources include SharePoint files, and OneDrive folders.) Everything was working fine until last week where if I click "Refresh" I get the error message "Loading blocked by failures with other queries" (every query gives this message.) I tried changing the settings to only refresh one dataset at a time, still does not work.  However if I click on each table manually and refresh one by one, they all refresh.

If I publish to PowerBI service, and try to refresh the dataset there, it mentions an error regadidng credentials. When I click on the message to fix them it gives me privacy options, when oneis selected it just loads and loads and nothing happens.

I appreciate any help! Thanks!

Usually the failure message in the desktop will give you the option to "view errors" and load a query that highlights what the issue is - have you tried that?

If it's privacy setting-related, you could try going to datasource settings and resetting the privacy settings in the desktop and republishing.
