Refresh Error: The key didn't match any rows in the table.

I've recently received a ton of the following refresh errors "The key didn't match any rows in the table."

 

When I open the report in the desktop app, it refreshes just fine. I've republished the report to the workspace, recieving confirmation that it went through, but then still receive the refresh error in the web app and the autonotifications. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

Hi, @Sarahdb425 

Have you done some transforming column operations in the Power query like Piovit/Unpiovit columns? Because I also experienced this kind of error when I did some Piovit/Unpiovit column operations in the Power query and published the report to service to refresh the data.

Hi @Sarahdb425 

Where's the data source?  Is the service accessing it via a gateway?

Check these for possible causes of your issue

Thanks, @PhilipTreacy There is no gateway because all of the data sources are in the cloud. 

This is the screenshot of the error.

but I am able to refresh and republish via desktop app no problem.

But if i push a manual refresh via the web app, i get the error again. I don't get it.
