Refresh Error - Connecting to SQL

I am getting an error when trying to refresh my reports connected to SQL in Desktop. I have been using the report for months without issue, not sure if something has changed in the October 2020 update?

Is anyone able to help me with this?

@NAV_81 , This seems like SSL certificate issue.
