Referencing A textbox in a mesure

Hi everyone,

Im trying to create a reference to a text box where people can enter the date, and it will update the measure that I have created.

Does anyone know how to do that?

You can't do that with a text box, but why not just use a slicer that allows the user to choose a date? The selected slicer value can be used in measures.
