Hi Team,

Reference labels option in New Cards is not working all of sudden and it shows everything Blank.
i tried re creating again using new card visual but its failing some times and its strange ?

Any one else facinf the same issue ? 
what would be the fix for this ?

Has this been resolved? I have the same problem. It's working on PowerBI Desktop but when I publish it, the reference labels are blank.

Did you find a solution to fix this, I have the same issue where details of the reference labels are blank when I publish it, it was working fine on Tuesday

According to the Power BI Blog. the reference labels feature is still in public preview, which means it may not work as expected or have some bugs. You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Make sure you have the latest version of Power BI Desktop installed on your computer.

Check if you have enabled the new card visual under File -> Options ->Preview features -> New card visual

Verify that you have selected a data field or measure for the reference label value and detail components.

Adjust the layout, style, and color options for the reference labels to suit your preference.

I'm having the same problem. Now my card visual is blank and most of the properties in the Format pane are gone as well.  Has anyone found a solution?

@balakrishna141 , Make sure you have value for selected filters. I can see reference label, But for "Reference label details", You have to "select Label" under the reference label
