Redshift Connection Issue

I created a connection to connect PowerBI to Redshift server, received message as "the data source you're trying to access doesn't support encryption. To access this data source using an unencrypted connection". After click OK, it can see the Navigator page, but I cann't see any table or data in it. Please help!

It sounds like a server side issue. You may check if it is caused by schema.
