We are trying to achieve redirectional facility in the matrix we have created.
So, we have two dashboards.
1st dashboard contains Emp names and relevant information of employees.
2nd Dashboards contain the other information of the employees.
Now what we are trying to achieve is when we click on Emp name from 1st dashboard, it will generate relevant information of that employee on 2nd dashboard.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @dhavalrg - Using the Drillthrough feature is the most straightforward way to connect two dashboards in Power BI, allowing users to click on an employee's name in one dashboard and be taken to a second dashboard displaying detailed information about that employee. This feature helps in creating a seamless navigation experience between related dashboards.

Hi rajendraongole1 ,thanks for the quick reply, I'll add more.
Hi @dhavalrg ,
Regarding your question, you can filter by modifying the report's URL.
Filter a report using query string parameters in the URL - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
The Table data is shown below:
Here are my test steps.
1.Create two report pages in Power BI Desktop and publish them to the Service
2.Copy the URL of the second page report and create a parameter in Power Query
3.Use the following DAX expression to create a measure
Measure =
VAR _url = MAX('URL'[URL]) & "&filter=Table/ID eq" & " " & SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[ID])
RETURN _url
4.Insert a button and bind the measure
5.Republish and pin the first page of the report to the dashboard(edit view)
6.Final output
Best Regards,
Wenbin Zhou
