Recursion

Hi,

 

I have two tables where one is static and the other is dynamic:

 

DB1.PNG                   DB2.PNG

 

I'm trying to calculate KPI 3 for Country A, second table, in JUL'18:

 

The formula: KPI 3 = KPI 3 (previous month)+ KPI 1 - KPI 2

 

How to create this recursion in DAX? Please help. Thanks!
