Recreating Microsoft Forms Visual in PowerBI

Hello.. I am stuck trying to recreate this rating visual in Power BI. I created Microsoft Forms survey and one of the question type is rating the course aspect (Highest to Lowest). I have connected the forms to PowerBI and trying to recreate the visual used in the forms and unfortunately I am not able to do it. I am reaching out to see if anyone can help. I have linked the Forms visual, Forms excel output and the sample file.

Hello Irwan.. Thank you so much! This visual you shared assigns some weight to each option and you see a clustered column for each respondent. What I am looking for is how many chose Option 1 as their first choice, second choice, third choice, fourth and fifth.
