Hi,
How can I arrange the columns to be Never, Sometimes, Often, Always?
These are values in a column called 'Frequency'. I have tried adding an index column so that Never = 1 and so on. Then sorting the table by the index column (whole number) but still doesn't work....
Do I need to split the Frequency column into 4 separate columns?
Thanks
Jen
Hello @JLYT ,
Using the index try sorting the column in the datset with the index then It should work.
so you click on the column in the table in the dataview, and sort by (as shown in the screenshot) and choose the index column .

Hi @Idrissshatila,
I sorted the column by the index and still doesn't work?
Could it because I have some blanks?
Thanks
Jen
@JLYT ,
Now go to the matrix and try sorting by this column that has the values.

Hi @Idrissshatila,
I am fairly new to this so sorry about all these silly questions! My matrix valus is using count of users, and the frequency is in the column. So when I sort the matrix, I can only choose to sort by the value (count of userid) which does not affect the frequency column arrangement.
Thanks
Jen
